If you read my previous journal, not the rant. the one before it. I had said I wanted to draw movie styled transformers. the list was Actual movie bots (some not appearing in teh movie) Optimus Prime Star Scream Barricade Ironhide Depth Charge Non movie bots Hot Rod/Rodimus Lugnut Prowl Bulkhead Cyclonus Since Minosayia gave the only vote I went along with her and made Depth Charge(she also asked for Lugnut, butthat would have taken too long to get something original up). I still felt like drawing Hot Rod so I'm working on him right now. I like the way this turned out, it just has that 'done right' feeling I got from End of the Road. Depth Charge was also one of my favourite Transformers, if any of you watched Beast Wars, he was teh Manta Ray. They made a toy of him, I immediately jumped at the opportunity to buy him, so to draw this I looked off of the toy. e turns into what looks like a mixture of a destroyer and a coastguard boat. well this is done in time for Revenge of the Fallen, can't wait to see it |
